Have a very Fintage Christmas!

On last Saturday the Fintage association held a Christmas dinner at the Lasipalatsi restaurant here in Helsinki. A total of 21 vintage enthusiasts, dressed to the nines, showed up to wine and dine in good company.

The restaurant opened in 1936 and still bears the original, Functionalist style interior and furniture, restored to their glory, which makes it the perfect setting for the occasion. We had a cabinet of our own and spent the evening sipping vanilla flavoured champaign and enjoying a three course menu, including crème brûlée and chocolate truffle deserts. Mm!

Best of all, of course, was the company. And you can be sure that plenty of double entendres and laughter ensued!

The photos were snapped by Jirina Alanko and Tuomo Lampinen. Be sure to view the full set over at the Fintage blog, in case you missed them before!
